Exchange Office FOGOT

Regular customer and VIP customer
Status definition

REGULAR CUSTOMER
The customers, who are using services of Fogot AS more than 15 days, conducted at least three exchanges through Exchange office Fogot and in case total amount of their transactions exceeded the value of 500 euro, they are granted with status of Regular Customer.
The commission rate for regular customers is lowered by 0,5%.

VIP CUSTOMER
The customers, who are using services of Fogot AS more than 30 days, conducted at least five exchanges through Exchange office Fogot and in case total amount of their transactions exceeded the value of 5000 euro, they are granted with status of VIP Customer.
The commission rate for VIP customers is lowered by 1%.

In order to obtain status, the customer should be identified by first and last name or firm's name.
