    Question:  Why the exchange is not executed? Why the system forbids my exchange?
    Answer:  Exchange is possible only after reception of the sanction of system WebMoney on its execution. Principal causes of refusal in the sanction to an exchange:
  • User has specified an anonymous purse (WMID with alias WM-passport).
    What to do: Get the formal WM-passport.
  • User has specified another's purse (WMID is registered on other person).
    What to do: 1. Send to the bank the application for a canceling of the international payment (intrastate payment comes back at once).
    2. To register own WMID and to make new payment, having indicated own purse in the details of payment.
  • User has not loaded a copy of a personal document to the site of the center of certification or checking of a copy of the document is not finished.
    What to do: To load the color-scanned copy of all significant pages of the passport (or ID-card) to the site https://passport.wmtransfer.com/asp/bNewDocUpload.asp and wait for the checking is finished.
  • WMID is registered fewer 7 days ago (when withdraw funds).
    What to do: To wait for 7 days, carrying out specified above action if necessary.

    Answer:  Information on legal entities in Estonia is open to public. You may obtain entire and reliable information on our company at the Centre of Registers web site.

    Question:  What is the processing time for international payments?
    Answer:  The swiftest international payment we had received had taken 3 hours and the slowest one had taken 4 days. Information on exact term of transfer and its processing could be obtained in bank which originated payment. The speed of movement of an international payment depends from weekends or public or national holidays in Estonia, currency's country and client's country. For example, if we'll make on Friday an urgent payment in dollars and Monday is holiday in USA (or in Estonia), then beneficiary's bank will receive this payment on Tuesday.

    Question: What is the processing time for payment in euro?
    Answer: Intrabank transfer is done immediately. In case euros were transferred from one Estonian bank to another bank in Estonia till 4:30 pm, the beneficiary will receive the on the same day in 3-4 hours. In case payment order was sent to bank after 4:30 pm, the amount will transferred to the account on the next banking day at 10-12 am. The international euro payment comes next banking day if the payment order is transferred to the bank till 15pm.

    Question: Which types of exchange could be taken into account when the status is being determined?
    Answer: All types of exchange which customer had made in our exchange office are taken into account.

    Question: Should I take into account Webmoney commission when forwarding application for WMZ exchange or this commission is already included in the invoice?
    Answer: In case of WMZ exchange we forward you the invoice for the amount indicated in your application and Webmoney commission is not included. So, you have to take into account Webmoney commission when forwarding your application. When you want to send for exchange entire amount you have in your purse, you should divide it by 1.008 and indicate the resulting amount in your application.
    For instance:
    There are 28.56 WMZ in your purse
    28,56 : 1,008 = 28,33
    In application you should indicate 28.33 WMZ

    Question: Please, indicate working hours for exchange operations and let me know can they be made swifter than in terms stipulated in Public Agreement?
    Answer: We conduct exchange on daily basis from 9 am till 7 pm (EET). Exchange is usually conducted in an hour term upon receipt of sum to be exchanged. Exchange is available on Saturday for SEB customers. The terms of exchange stipulated in Public Agreement were drawn taking into consideration any possible unpredicted circumstances, such as temporary lack of Internet access to banking account or to Webmoney's certification center.

    Question: What does frequently met notion "banking day" mean?
    Answer: Banking day is a day when bank conducts external payments (payments to other banks). For Estonian banks these days are working days from Monday till Friday. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays Estonian banks conduct transfers only between own accounts.
    For instance, next banking day after Friday is Monday.

    Question: Do you accept USD via Western Union?
    Answer: We do not use Western Union. However, you can send us USD from any bank without necessity to open up an account there. Express payment transfer takes just a day and it costs less than WU.
