SPECIAL TERMS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

A person using the services of Fogot AS the first time shall submit an application and a copy of personal or registration document before making an exchange. The signature on the application should be notarized or officially confirmed. Documents are to be forwarded to the postal address: FOGOT AS, PK 3438, Tallinna Peapostkontor, 10001 Tallinn, Estonia.

Citizens of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and Poland can notarize the signature in embassy or consulate of their country if they are abroad.

The application can be certified by the digital signature if the total sum of exchanges of the client does not exceed 1000 euros in one calendar month. It is accessible for residents of Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.

An individual using the services of Fogot AS the first time shall submit an application and a copy of identification document1. Documents are submitted only once, when making the first exchange.
1 Identification documents:
- Identification card (ID card) of Estonian Republic
- Citizen's passport of Estonian Republic;
- Foreigner's passport;
- Citizen's passport of foreign state;
- Identification card (ID card) of European Union;
- Driving license in case the document contains name and surname, photo, date of birth or personal code.

A legal entity filed with Estonian Commercial registry shall submit an application. If the application is signed by the person who is not specified in the commercial register in this case need to be sent the power of attorney and a copy of the personal document. Documents are submitted only once, when making the first exchange.

A foreign legal entity that is not filed with the Estonian Commercial Registry shall submit a print-out of correspondent registry or copy of registration certificate or any other document equal to the above-mentioned issued by competent institution or body 6 months the earliest before its submission. The document submitted shall consist of following:
- a corporate name or name of legal entity, its location and address;
- registration code or registration number;
- date of document's issue and name of institution issued the document.

Personal data collection is caused by the requirements of the "Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act".
The data will be retained for five years after the completion of business relations.
